Så var det officiellt att True Bloods sista säsong blir säsong sju. 10 avsnitt kommer visas under sommaren 2014 och sen är det bye bye till Sookie och alla de andra övernaturliga varelserna i Bon Temps. För egen del så gör det inget.

Jag tyckte nästan att det hade kunnat sluta redan nu efter denna säsongen (om dom hade struntat i hela "zombievampyr" grejen som jag kallar den). Man ska sluta när man är på topp och det gör ju True Blood nu innan dom (förhoppningsvis) spiller över till överdrivetlandet. Vem försöker jag lura? Där har dom varit många gånger förr...

 

Presidenten för  HBO hade detta att säga om nyheten “Alan Ball took the books by Charlaine Harris, assembled a brilliant cast led by the magnificent Anna Paquin in the role of Sookie Stackhouse, and crafted a show that has taken its many devoted fans on an unforgettable journey. Alan passed the baton to Brian Buckner, who led our fantastic writers and crew in crafting a spectacular sixth season, and he will lead us through the seventh and final season of this amazing show. Together with its legions of fans, it will be hard to say goodbye to the residents of Bon Temps, but I look forward to what promises to be a fantastic final chapter of this incredible show.”
